The uGrip Bordo 5700 is available in five trendy colors and offers good protection for bicycles with a medium theft risk. The 5 mm thick bars are connected with special rivets. The joint construction allows for compact folding. The high-quality locking cylinder provides strong protection against tampering, such as picking. It is easy to transport thanks to a practical bag with rattling protection, a locking mechanism, and comfortable one-handed operation. Flexible mounting options are available with rubberized anti-slip Velcro straps or screws for the bottle holder mount. Two keys are included in the package. Abus security level 7: good protection against medium theft risk.

Aufgrund des nur ausreichenden Schutzes vor Aufbrüchen, kann das ABUS uGrip Bordo 5700 auch insgesamt nur als weniger taugliche Alternative gehandelt werden. Ansonsten jedoch zeichnet es sich durch eine einfache Bedienung aus, durch ein geringes Gewicht und auch die dazugehörigen Schlüssel sind sehr stabil.
