Based on the premium design of the 110 series, the 40 series offers all the features necessary for a durable, lightweight, and user-friendly headset. Highlights include easily replaceable sealed industrial bearings, 6000 series alloy cups and materials, a sealed steel fork cone, and ZN40 bearings. Precision manufactured by Cane Creek in Fletcher, NC. Cane Creek makes headsets simpler. The headsets use interchangeable parts and over forty configurations to meet almost any size requirement. The top caps are available in straight and tapered assemblies or as top and bottom caps, and are generally offered with short (9 mm) or tall (15 mm) bearing covers to further customize the look of your cockpit setup.
