GladiatorFit Olympic plates are equipped with a 3 mm thick metal sleeve for a good fit and easy insertion of the plate onto the bar. They are made of rubber, providing a good grip and maneuverability. The plates are available in standard competition colors. Designed for use with Olympic-sized bars.
