Working out with dumbbells from the Hex Pro HMS family enables repetitions of almost all types of barbell exercises. At the same time, it allows for asymmetrical work using one arm only.
Rubberised dumbbells are impact-resistant and have an ergonomic shape. A knurled handle provides a secure grip.
