Product details

With its completely new profile design, the Minion DHR II is the ideal tire for aggressive gravity riding. Featuring side knobs from the legendary DHF, which have been slightly widened for improved cornering grip, it offers extreme cornering stability. The center knobs have angled shapes for better acceleration. Notches on the knobs enhance the transition when leaning into corners. Some of the center knobs have a paddle shape that digs in during hard braking, helping to keep the bike under control.

Exo Protection: This extremely cut- and abrasion-resistant material protects the sidewalls of various MTB tires. It is tightly woven, lightweight, and very flexible, ensuring that the tire performance remains impressively good.

Dual Compound: Two different rubber compounds are processed into a tread strip. We arrange the compounds according to the desired characteristics of the tires.

Tubeless Ready: Tubeless tires offer many advantages: You can ride with lower air pressure, which leads to better traction and reduced rolling resistance. And where there is no tube, the risk of punctures also decreases. Maxxis TR tires are better prepared for installation with sealant than other "Tubeless Ready" tires. The bead of our TR tires is completely covered with a rubber layer, just like a true UST tubeless tire. This ensures that tubeless installation on all standard-sized rims is successful from the first inflation with minimal liquid.
