With improved functionality specifically for the backcountry, the Obex BC Mips offers durability and safety on your adventures. The ski helmet is designed for improved trackability and durability in the backcountry. Updated this year to incorporate Mips, the helmet features an NFC medical ID from twICEme so rescuers can access critical medical information at the scene to make treatment decisions in the crucial "golden hour" immediately following an accident. A RECCO reflector improves searchability. A thicker polycarbonate shell compared to the Obex Mips ensures greater durability. The helmet is compatible with the POC Aid Communication Headset and is designed for a seamless fit with POC goggles. Fully adjustable ventilation and removable ear pads ensure comfort.
