I bought one of these luggage carriers. Why is the spring flap integrated? I can't remove it and therefore can't click a Snapit component onto it. Is this a design flaw or is there a way to remove the spring flap?

I bought the Racktime Eco 2.0 Tour rack and a Baskit 2.0, but (of course) they don't fit together. The pre-mounted adapter on the basket doesn't snap onto the rack because it's about 2mm too short. What's going wrong???? What a frustration!

What is the size of the luggage rack? For 20", 24", 26", 28" or 29" wheels? Why is this essential information missing from the description?

Are there adapters for this thing? My bike has "holes" on the rear wheel axle, but they don't have a thread. The luggage rack seems to be too wide to put it on like that, so I would need something between the axle and the luggage rack.

On the manufacturer's website this model exists in 2 versions. 26 and 28 inches. Which model is it now? Comparing the weight data, it is closer to the 28", but I would like to have confirmation.
