Can I also listen to Spotify with this watch, like I do with my iPhone and the app? The aim is that I can leave my mobile phone at home and run around with my headphones (Bluetooth) and the Apple Watch. But the prerequisite is probably another SIM for internet in the watch or would it also work if I download a playlist on Spotify and it is on the watch?

Of course you can listen to Spotify with the Apple Watch, you don't necessarily need a SIM for that.
You can download your playlist at home and then play it on the watch without an internet connection.
