Abus FO400A W AL0089 Alarm Window Lock White

The ABUS FO400A window handle lock offers a lockable window handle security with an integrated additional lock for double safety: worry-free burglary protection and a helpful child safety feature. It features an alarm that responds loudly at the first sign of a break-in attempt. As a replacement for the existing window handle, the FO400A is suitable for windows and patio doors made of aluminum, wood, or plastic to secure the opening side – and it remains as easy to operate as a conventional window handle. The hinge side of the window should be secured separately. The installation of the lock case, including the handle, is done on the window sash, while the strike plate is mounted on the frame. The design of the security device is particularly slim, allowing the FO400A to be installed even in tight spaces. Thanks to the adjustable bolt, the FO400A fits nearly any window.
