Product Description: The ATM 343 is a thermostatic mixing valve designed for temperature control in hot water and central heating systems. It features a "non-scalding" function. ATM thermostatic mixing valves should be used wherever scald protection is required and a quick response to changes in water temperature and pressure is necessary. ATM valves allow for the safe overheating of water in hot water storage tanks to protect against Legionella bacteria, without causing burns to users. The "no scalding" function blocks the hot water supply when the cold water supply fails. In heating systems such as underfloor heating, ATM valves can replace complex and expensive control systems. Beneath a plastic cover, there is a knob for adjusting the temperature of the mixed water to prevent accidental setting changes. ATM thermostat valves are maintenance-free in operation and can be installed in any position. They are designed for operation with pure water or water with up to 50% glycol. They are made of dezincification-resistant nickel-plated brass.
