The new grease drawer module is, of course, made entirely of stainless steel. The grease drawer can be retrofitted to all existing CHEF models from the year 2016 onwards.
It catches dripping fats and oils. By filling it with water or sand, easy cleaning is facilitated.
The grease drawer can be pulled out forward using a telescopic extension, allowing for easy removal of the grease collection tray.
The removable grease collection tray is easy to clean.
Fill the grease collection tray with water or fine sand to better bind the fat while grilling.
The grease collection tray has two handles for convenient removal.
The working height is increased by 5 cm, providing an even more comfortable grilling experience.
