With a SolarBoard from Swim & Fun, you can quickly warm the pool water in your garden to a pleasant temperature. A SolarBoard can increase the water temperature by up to 5 °C, depending on the number of sunlight hours and the intensity of the sunlight. The solar heater is particularly suitable for small pools up to 5000 liters with a filtration system and can be installed individually or connected together for larger pools.

The support legs of the SolarBoard provide the optimal angle of 30° to capture as much of the sun's heat as possible.

When the cold water is routed through the internal piping, it is warmed by the sun's rays and then directed back to the garden pool. The heating depends on the number of sunlight hours, the intensity of the sunlight, and the water flow rate.

Using a bypass kit and a summer cover with thermal function helps to minimize heat loss as much as possible. With a bypass kit, you can redirect the water around the solar collector at night and on cloudy days when the sun shines less frequently. If the heated water flows through the solar collector at night, it cools down quickly, meaning you'll have to start over the next day.

It is also a good idea to cover the water surface with a thermal cover to reduce heat loss. The more the garden pool is protected from the winds, the better. Wind also contributes to cooling the water.

When connecting multiple SolarBoards, you must also use a bypass kit.
