The integrated security element ensures over-the-air firmware updates and remote control via the Arduino Cloud or third-party services. By integrating a load cell or vision system, Arduino Opta can control the entire flow of goods in production. In an automated filling line, for example, it can ensure that the correct amount of liquid is in each container. It can also check whether each carton contains the desired quantity of bottles. Arduino Opta can synchronise the clock via the Network Time Protocol (NTP) and automatically interact with the printers on the production line to get this information on the product's packaging. Production data can be visualised locally via an HMI or even by connecting to the Arduino Opta via Bluetooth Low Energy.
