The overload protection system incorporates a slip clutch mechanism to prevent damage from excessive loads. Both the hand chain and load chain are galvanized for corrosion resistance, with the load chain manufactured according to EN 818-7-T standards. The forged steel hooks include cast safety latches for secure load attachment. Engineered for durability and smooth operation, this hoist features finely ground shafts, pinion gears, and gear wheels that ensure consistent performance. The double housing design provides protection against dust and water ingress while maintaining bearing alignment even under external shock conditions. Improved corrosion-resistant sealed cylindrical roller bearings enhance longevity in demanding environments.
