The blade body is equipped with expansion slots that effectively protect against blade warping. Laser-cut expansion slots contribute to the effective elimination of any warping risk, thereby reducing vibrations and noise levels. The laser-cut blade body offers increased run-out accuracy and guarantees a better cutting result.

For the Extreme series by Dewalt®, materials with higher hardness are used, ensuring the highest cutting quality with maximum service life. The extra-large carbide tooth alloy provides a longer lifespan, while the corrosion-resistant carbide remains durable in the toughest applications. The large, highly durable carbide teeth can be sharpened up to 15 times. All saw blades are available only in individual packaging.

The Dewalt saw blades equipped with universally applicable carbide teeth are ideal for cutting soft and hardwoods, composite materials, plastics, and non-ferrous metals (only with tooth shape trapezoidal flat tooth TFZ, negative). They are perfect for clean cross cuts in plywood, softwoods, and other hardwoods. The alternating tooth geometry, high tooth count, and improved tooth positioning allow for a very clean cutting finish.
