The Haimer short SK50-22 tool holder DIN69871AD is a precise tool specifically designed for holding cutting heads and milling cutters. Made from alloyed tool steel, this tool holder offers a high hardness of 60 – 62 HRC, making it particularly durable and resilient. The tensile strength in the core is approximately 950 N/mm², ensuring reliable performance under load. The taper conforms to DIN 254 and has a taper angle tolerance of AT3. With a balance quality of G 2.5 at 22000 min-1, the tool holder is suitable for precise applications. Additionally, it features a coolant channel bore that allows for effective cooling during operation. The tool holder is compatible with both keyway cutting heads according to DIN 1880 and for clamping according to DIN 2079 with a clamping diameter of 40 mm or more. The delivery includes the cutting head holder as well as a milling cutter clamping screw.
