The Haimer JISB6339ADB BT50-22 collet chuck is a high-precision tool specifically designed for holding cutter heads and end mills with a keyway according to DIN 1880. Made from alloyed tool steel, this collet chuck offers high strength and durability. The hardened surface, with a hardness of 60 – 62 HRC, provides excellent wear resistance, while the tensile strength in the core of approximately 950 N/mm² ensures reliable performance. With a taper angle tolerance of AT3 and a runout accuracy of ≤ 0.006 mm, this collet chuck is ideal for precise machining applications. Additionally, it features a coolant channel drilling that allows for effective cooling during operation. The delivery includes the cutter head holder and the milling tool clamping screw, making handling and assembly easier.
