Multi-Monti®-plus – the new screw anchor from HECO – is an evolution of the innovative concrete screw from the very beginning. The Multi-Monti®-plus screw anchor (MMS-plus) is screwed directly into a pre-drilled hole without a plug and is immediately load-bearing. The reinforced serration at the screw tip cuts an internal thread into the building material during installation. This creates a form closure, which ultimately secures the anchoring. This not only simplifies the installation process but also ensures a high level of application safety for the craftsman.

The Multi-Monti®-plus concrete screw can be processed close to edges and without a torque wrench, is completely dismountable, and can be reused after testing.

Product advantages of MMS plus with large washer:
- Hexagon head with washer DIN 440 for fastening heavy wooden beams such as purlins
- Higher loads
- Optimized concrete thread with more effective surface area
- Additional load classes
- New functional tip for optimal undercutting in the substrate
- Improved installation safety
- Immediately load-bearing
- Larger approved range for ETA Option 1 starting from MMS-plus 6 including seismic from diameter 10
- European technical assessment: ETA 15/0784

Notes:
- Design: Hexagon head with large washer and head embossing MMS+
- Screw designation A2k: The screw is coated with zinc (A) and has a layer thickness of 5 µm (2). The screw has a shiny finish with a bluish tint (k).
