The Kilner sprout jar set is designed to grow sprouts and make storing seeds or pulses as easy as possible. Sprouts are a great way to add extra nutrients and flavour to your dishes. This set provides the conditions for growing and developing sprouts. Ideal for broccoli, green beans, radishes, lentils, alfalfa sprouts and much more. Simply soak the seeds or grains in the 0.5 litre glass jar for the desired time. Drain with the stainless steel insert and then place the jar with the insert in the ceramic base so that the excess water drains safely into the soil.
