Rebound elasticity according to DIN 53 512: 43%. Abrasion according to DIN 53 516: ≤ 40 mm³. Compression set according to DIN 53 517 (24 h/70 °C): ≤ 20 - 30%. Bulk density according to DIN 53 479: 1.27 g/cm³. Spring travel (s): 30%. Settling tendency (Ss): 5–8%.

Note: These values refer to the original height of the springs and apply to high dynamic loads depending on the stroke frequency. To ensure a force-locking spring application regarding settling tendency and pre-tensioning, a force specification compensates for the initial force drop. Installation requires clearances or spaces for the springs in relation to the percentage deformation. Guide pins (DIN 9385) are used for guidance and centering; they are essential for spring columns and slender individual springs.
