Further details: The NH system is part of the plug fuse systems and consists of the following components: fuse base (possibly with connection covers and phase cover), fuse inserts with contact blades, device for replacing the fuse inserts (low-voltage plug grip). Maintenance and service must be carried out by qualified personnel. NH fuse inserts of the gG operating mode are used to protect cables, devices, and systems. They safely disconnect unauthorized overcurrents and short-circuit currents up to the rated breaking current. gG fuse inserts also protect electrical devices and systems from the electrodynamic effect of high short-circuit currents.
