The RS limit switch series M20 AP features easy-to-use electromechanical limit switches that offer special qualities and specially designed detection devices. These switches provide features such as presence/absence detection, positioning, end position detection, passing objects, and counting. Made of reinforced UL-VO thermoplastic fiberglass, they offer double insulation and IP65 protection. The limit switches have visible operation, the ability to handle high currents (10 A conventional thermal current), electrically isolated contacts, precise operating points for consistency, and are insensitive to electromagnetic interference. A choice of actuating heads is available, including single plunger, roller plunger, and roller lever. They are standardized in accordance with EN 50047 and EN 50041, with a plastic housing that ensures IP65 protection and double insulation.
