ERSA i-CON VARIO 4 MK2 Soldering and Desoldering Station

The ERSA i-CON VARIO 4 MK2 is a multi-channel soldering and desoldering station with 500 W and 230 V, designed to be antistatic. It offers an airflow range of 2-20 l/min and a maximum vacuum of 700 mbar. This station meets the highest demands for professional soldering and desoldering.

As the flagship of the i-CON family, it provides the user with four soldering tools for demanding soldering tasks: flexible soldering and desoldering with contactless energy transfer using the new ergonomic hot air tool i-Tool AIR S (200 W), efficient soldering with the 150 W i-Tool, precise desoldering of fine SMD components with the new desoldering tweezers Chip Tool VARIO (80 W), and desoldering of through-hole components with the proven X-Tool (120 W). Additionally, it allows for the connection of other ERSA soldering tools.

All functions, including air and vacuum generation, are integrated into a central power unit with the familiar easy-to-use i-Op controls and clear displays. The station also provides interfaces for ERSA fume extraction systems or infrared preheaters, as well as a USB port. Configuration of the station can be done quickly and securely via a microSD memory card, making it well-suited for all applications in professional electronics manufacturing. The station is also ideal for use in ESD protection zones.
