Simple application:
1. Use the probing rod to pierce the ground. Once a tunnel is detected, the rod will drop suddenly. Place the trap in a location that is as flat and straight as possible.
2. Use the hole punch to create a clean hole with a diameter of 6 cm and 1-2 cm deeper than the tunnel floor. Carefully remove any soil that has fallen into the tunnel or press it flat in the hole.
3. Slide the trap into the hole and gently pull the tensioning lever upwards, ensuring that the trap openings align with the direction and height of the tunnel. Cover the trap tightly with grass or leaves at the surface to prevent light or air from entering the hole. The trap is now ready for use. Check the trap at least once a day. However, it often takes only a few hours for a catch to occur.
