Application: Side cutters for cutting soft and hard wires as well as cables such as NYM cables 3x1.52 - 5x2.52 (Ø 8.0 - 13.0 mm). They allow for flush stripping of round and damp room cables, as well as stripping of conductors, even in hard-to-reach places like distribution and connection boxes. Suitable for work near live parts up to 1,000 V AC.

The design features a low-wear, recessed joint with robust rivets. The side cutters have a long-lasting cutting edge due to additional inductive hardening to approximately 64 HRC. Ergonomic and force-saving stripping is facilitated by a specially curved head that allows for longitudinal stripping of the cable and the pliers.

The head shape includes three processing stations: cutting, stripping, and de-insulating. Manufactured according to IEC 60900:2012 standards. Made from high-quality C 70 tool steel, hardened and tempered.
