With its length of 360 mm, the extra-long mandrel is ideal for drilling holes and breakthrough holes up to 400 mm deep. Thanks to its 5/8" threaded connection (Ø 15.88 mm), it is compatible with all hole saws and core bits that have a 5/8" thread. Additional safety pins for locking the hole saw to the mandrel ensure a high level of work safety and are particularly useful if you are using a cordless machine with a fast rotation stop. Fasten your existing centre drill with a round shank, Ø 8 mm, in the corresponding holder in the mandrel. The integrated grub screw with hexagon socket drive (H4) allows you to clamp it securely. For quick tool changes in drills and cordless screwdrivers, the other end of the mandrel is equipped with a hexagonal shank, Ø 12.5 mm.
