Balkan pure! This variety comes from a vegetable farmer in Kosovo. The bush, about 70 cm tall, is laden with short, pointed fruits. They change color from yellow to orange to dark red. Their mild spiciness adds interest to dishes. But beware: occasionally we are surprised by a spicier specimen! This variety is a must for recipes from the Balkans.
