The DALI-2 Multi Sensor for motion detection and ambient light measurement is optimized for connection to DALI-2 controls. It is suitable for applications in industry, education, and office environments. Motion detection is achieved through PIR technology. By default, light measurement is possible between 5 and 2000 lx, with the minimum value adjustable down to 0.5 lx.

The DALI-2 sensor is compatible with all DALI-2 application controllers that support DALI Parts 303 and 304, such as LITECOM DALI-2 and DIMLITE pro. It can also be used in combination with bmLINK TEC-GP modules. One sensor requires 5 DALI loads (9 mA) and is suitable for sensor heights of up to 8 m. The detection radius for motion is 4.5 m at a mounting height of 8 m.

The sensor lens is made of polyethylene (PE), the sensor housing is made of polycarbonate (PS), and the GP adapter is made of pre-painted steel sheet in polyester resin paint, black. An included shading plate reduces the PIR detection range by 120°, but has no impact on light measurement.

The temperature range is between -20 °C and +45 °C.
