Hello everyone😃 Can I use the Ecoflow to charge a scooter battery 12V through the winter and it will then monitor the voltage? Thanks for the answer

Firstly, the River is empty after 1-2 days due to the standby loss. Secondly, the 12V output is not a charging output, but has a constant voltage.
You would have to connect a normal battery charger to the 230V output and then switch the River on and off again from time to time.
