Hello, I have placed the panels on the carport and connected them. I now measure 147 volts against earth (aluminium conductor) on the metal roof. Can the polarity of the plug connection be wrong? The house is earthed. What else could be the cause? System now off.

Hello, if you're talking about the voltage between the DC output of the solar panels and earth, then that's normal. There is a galvanic separation between the panels and the output of the EZ1(safety), in other words, the panels are floating in relation to earth. The147V is a phantom effect and corresponds to ~230/2 a little off because of the voltmeter itself.

Hello LangerVacubert31
I'll leave the instruction.... I think you will realise that this is not for a layman.

If you want a qualified answer, explain exactly what you are measuring and where.
As a tip... The microinverter only works if it has AC (grid) and DC (PV modules).

And I assume that you are measuring in the open state. And with an unsuitable measuring device.
That's why you get such a voltage.
Greetings
Marc
