I work in retail myself and know the delivery problems only too well, but here the supplier is playing a rotten game. 1st notification: February; 2nd notification end of March; 3rd notification end of April. Then... oh wonder: available in the shop. However, delivery did not take place... Now online: available end of May/beginning of June. On our order: July... I'm beginning to wonder whether Galaxus has a grip on the communication requirements for suppliers. Everyone has to expect delays nowadays (even major ones), but please! be honest and open in your communication. Greetings from a fellow sufferer😉
I understand your disappointment, of course, but with so many products and different suppliers it is difficult to always present everything exactly. Unfortunately, we cannot justify ourselves in this case. In addition, the suppliers themselves can implement their delivery date with us. Unfortunately, this can lead to sudden changes / delays / cancellations that are not really understandable for customers, which we also fully understand. On the whole, we always try to do everything right for everyone...I think this works quite well. But sometimes life has other plans :/
