Yes, you can. Me and a colleague have the Packtalk Bolt and my new friend has the Neo and we could all talk together.

Yes (it can even connect to 2 different groups), but only if the others in the group are also equipped with the same technology: Dynamic Mesh Communications.
Communication is also possible with 2 other people via Bluetooth, but not as a group.
