Last time I made pizza I got 350°C (indirect heating) on the thermometer. I recommend to let the stone heat for a while, because the geneva heats fast, but the pizzastone needs some time.

Unfortunately, the operating instructions only state that the large ring burner has > 180° C. The small ring burner reaches approx. 100° to 120° C. A more exact indication is unfortunately not given, I am sorry.
