Would it be possible to charge the battery in the car at the 12V plug and connect a refrigerator (Dometic cfx-28) at the same time? Unfortunately, the fridge in my car doesn't get enough voltage from the cigarette lighter.

Yes, but this means that the battery will be used if the voltage difference between the input (which can be changed to 4 or 6A) is less than the output voltage.
