Can I use the article 35868260 for cleaning? I was recommended to do so when I bought the Philips All-in-One Series 9000. When I look at the pictures, it doesn't look like that... can you please give me some information? :)

I have no idea what this item is. I would rinse the attachments with water, if necessary with washing-up liquid. The appliance with a small brush or with a damp cloth like all electrical appliances. Possibly also with washing-up liquid on the damp cloth. It doesn't get really dirty. It says water-repellent and water-resistant, which is not the same thing. So I would be careful.
