Does this item (item no. 235133) include the shear foil head and blade block? The article (art. no. 234263) only includes the shearing foil head?

Yes, item 235133 contains both. Check carefully whether it is the right one for your shaver... I had ordered the wrong one. Therefore, there is an opened package lying around (never used, only one unsuccessful attempt to use it), which I could give to you for the shipping costs.
