I did research before buying and also looked at the skin colour chart. I am Dark, actually exactly like the last possible colour and also fit the requirements. Nevertheless, the sensor does not work for me. What should I do now? 505.- thrown out the window...returns only go unopened.

Philips takes the device back without any problems and refunds the purchase price. We had the same problem.
