I'm travelling to the Caribbean for about a month. They normally have 110 volts there. Is it possible to charge a 220 volt appliance bought in Switzerland with 110 volts? Thank you, Lars

Yes, that works. The power supply unit supplied can do this, but you will probably need a plug adapter.
