The power blades have a small plastic comb just in front of the blade block. It is used to align longer stubble to ensure a closer shave. Otherwise, the blades do not differ. The vibration function is purely a matter of taste and does not provide greater thoroughness.

Power is with vibration, so with battery. With Proglide blades, I don't notice any difference in use.
