La tua responsabilità

• You take responsibility for maintaining, sustaining, and further developing occupational health and safety at both Neuenburg locations.
• You act as the first point of contact and advisor for employees and management on all topics related to workplace safety.
• You promote safety awareness and actively integrate occupational health and safety into daily operations.
• You plan and conduct internal trainings, briefings, and audits.
• You independently implement safety projects to improve workplace safety and prevent accidents on site.
• You support accident investigations and derive and implement appropriate corrective measures.

Le tue competenze

• Experience in safety management or in a comparable role with interfaces to occupational safety.
• Completed qualification as a Safety Specialist, ideally in a logistics environment.
• Knowledge of health management is a plus.
• Ambition to take on a team leadership role on site in the future.
• Strong analytical thinking and a high willingness to learn.
• Very good English skills are required; fluent German and or French are an advantage.
• Strong communication skills combined with assertiveness.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Expressing oneself truthfully and fostering genuine relationships.
