The K712 PRO is an open, dynamic headphone for use in recording studios as well as radio and television broadcasters. The handset with selected transducers impresses with perfect workmanship.
It offers a uniquely transparent sound as well as excellent spatial imaging and depth gradation. The detailed treble resolution in combination with an optimized low-frequency reproduction by the breathable velour ear cushions with 3D shape technology contributes to this. The diaphragm is manufactured in two layers according to the patented Varimotion system and is driven by neodymium magnets, which results in a particularly linear frequency response with low distortion. The coil is wound from flat wire and offers perfect impulse fidelity and crystal clear high-frequency reproduction. The excellent daytime comfort is based on the well-known self-adjusting AKG automatic ironing system with genuine leather headband and the one-sided cable routing with pluggable mini XLR cable. This makes fatigue-free working possible - also thanks to the low weight of the handset.
