Alphacool offers a wide range of thermal pads to enable effective heat dissipation from electronic components. The Apex thermal transfer pad is the most powerful option and can reliably dissipate heat. Thanks to its high compressibility, it can also be used for a variety of applications. The silicone-based ultra-soft Apex thermal transfer pad from Alphacool features optimal compressibility. Due to its low hardness and natural stickiness, it can be perfectly adapted to surfaces and compensates for unevenness between components, significantly improving heat transfer.

Thanks to its unique material composition, the risk of silicone bleeding with the Apex thermal transfer pad is greatly reduced. It can reliably cool over a much longer period without suffering significant performance losses.

Due to its excellent electrical insulation, the thermal pad is suitable for cooling electronic components in a variety of devices, such as electric vehicles, autopilot systems, mobile phones, servers, motherboards, power supplies, LCD televisions, notebooks, telecommunications devices, access points, storage modules, and many others.
