This DisplayPort MST Hub is designed to meet your diverse connectivity needs for your tablet, laptop, etc., which has a free DP (DisplayPort) output. Connect multiple displays to your Ultrabook. Ultrabooks and notebooks are becoming increasingly powerful while also getting slimmer in design. With a single available DP 1.4 output, you can now simultaneously operate a DisplayPort screen and an HDMI 2.0 display at 4K60Hz or a DP display at 8K30Hz in MST mode (Windows). All you need is a free DP 1.4 port on your laptop or Ultrabook to connect your MST Hub. You will gain previously unavailable connection options for dual 4K60Hz displays. If your system supports this feature, the setup is quick and easy. The CSV-7220 is powered externally via a USB Type-A to Micro USB cable, which is included in the package.
