The Delock PCI Express Riser Card can be inserted into any PCI Express x1 slot on the motherboard. The PCI Express board can be mounted in a different position within the case. This allows up to three PCIe cards to operate in a single PCIe slot on a motherboard.
Crypto Mining and Resource Sharing
The computing power of up to three graphics cards can be utilized from a PCI Express x1 slot. This way, the computing power of the graphics cards can be shared for research projects such as Folding@Home via the cloud. Furthermore, the riser card can also be used for cryptocurrency mining.
Note
The package includes a 50 cm long USB 3.0 riser cable. This cable does not transmit USB signals, so it cannot be replaced with another or a longer cable.
