Depends on the type of work. Long static images like an Excel toolbar, editing software interface, etc. will over time cause burn in OLED monitors. It’s great for content consumption and gaming.

Hi, the monitor allows height adjustment from 0 to 80 mm on its stand, which means it can be lowered to its lowest position. This offers good flexibility to adjust it to your eye level, although the exact range will depend on the configuration of your desk.

Hello, To enable AMD FreeSync Premium Pro on your monitor, you must first activate the Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) function in the monitor's On-Screen Display (OSD) menu and then ensure the feature is enabled within your PC's graphics. -If you use Nvidia Right-click on your desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel-Under the "Display" section, click on Set Up G-SYNC. If u use AMD GPU go to Radeon software to display and ensure that AMD FreeSync Premium Pro (it may just show as "FreeSync Premium" or "AMD FreeSync") is toggled On for the correct display. And one more thing.. The monitor must be connected using a DisplayPort cable 1.4 with DSC support its necessary for 4K 240hz If u need anything else ask.

There is no XG34WCDG. Do you mean the one with "32" in the name, XG32WCDG? Just like this one (with "M" in the name), it has 4K resolution in 16:9 format, it's just slightly slower in terms of Hertz (165 vs 240). Both are not ultrawide.
