I got a nice box with the keyboard in the picture, cables, more KeyCaps to insert, KeyCaps handle to remove the keys, a big grey/white mousepad wrapped in a white bag and a panda plush bear. (If you google the name, turn up some pictures with all the items, then you'll see which mousepad etc. I mean. ) Hope that clears it up.
Salute The keyboard has several "levels" due to the small form factor. This means that keys that are omitted due to the compact design can still be used. It is very likely that your son has landed on another level because of a key combination he entered. Possible combinations would be Fn + alt, Fn + PageUp, FN + PageDown. The best thing to do is to check your user manual, it lists all the key combinations that can be used. Here are two instructions for use (Don't be surprised! They are in English from the halfway point ;) https://en.varmilo.com/keyboardproscenium/generic/web/viewer.html?file=https://cn.varmilo.com/keyboardproscenium/upload/INST%EF%BC%9AVA%20RGB%2080%20100%20110%20G%20-1.pdf http://duckychannel.net/download/user_manual/One2/MiniRGB/Ducky_One2_mini_usermanual_ol.pdf I hope I was able to help. Otherwise feel free to reply :D Greetings
