I have a ryzen 7 2700x on b450-plus gaming and as far as I know it only runs with ram up to 3200mhz. Since the 3200 and 3600 bars hardly make a difference in price, I would like to buy the 3600, since I will definitely upgrade my PC at some point. Do the 3600s run stably at 3200 mhz?

I already have this model of RAM installed on my motherboard and clocked at 3600mhz, I want to install another 2x8, are the bars at 3600mhz as standard or is it important to change the frequency in the BIOS at boot time?
