My board (network switch) only has two pins for the fan. Can I operate the Noctua fan (with connection for 3 pins) with this board?

Hello targettor If the counterpart for connecting the fan fits, and the wire assignment for plus and minus (black & red) is correct, then yes. The third wire (yellow) is only for speed indication and the switch does not seem to need it. The switch will probably increase or decrease the voltage based on the internal temperature, if at all. If the switch is the Ubiquiti with 4x 10Gbit LAN and 10Gbit SFP+ then it fits, because I solved it exactly like this 😉. Greetings Master870

Attention! According to Digitec customer support, the item will not be delivered on the following day as described, I ordered on 3.1.21 and the goods are expected to be delivered on 7.1.21. According to customer support, there is nothing I can do about it, this is probably an error of the online shop, that the delivery time is displayed incorrectly, it says without guarantee. Well, luckily there are other shops.
