Tadiran lithium battery uses lithium thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl2) technology. It is reliable with minimal self-discharge for long run times. Suitable for a wide temperature range from -55 °C to +130 °C. Typical applications include backup systems, real-time clocks, measuring instruments, alarm and safety devices, emergency transmitters, and electronic toll systems.
