The Samsung SSD 870 QVO SATA III 2.5 inch is best suited for a NAS that is mainly read and only has little write access. For more frequent write access, we recommend the Samsung 870 EVO due to its higher TBW values and for very frequent write access the Samsung 860 PRO.

I've had several of these in my NAS {12 bays} for years and no worries! So yes, it works very well 24/7.

After a disastrous experience in 24 hours, my answer is no, the qvo in a nas should be avoided because the saved data will be corrupted 😭😭😭
